Kinda. I gave a vague description in the Almighty one. Takedowns lack mechanic based encounters with the exception of bosses, but instead relies on pressing through a dense and relentless foe (kind of like transition encounters in Dungeons). Usually, it also features some new unique enemy variants or even just archetypes. Final thing to note is players have the opportunity to obtain an exotic weapon through an even more merciless force.

Out of the curiosity, what are these Takedowns? Are they like Raids? They do seem really interesting.
