Multiple play throughs of the strike is recommended to increase the likelihood of encountering Cunqu'us. There is a possible chance that Cunqu'us and Trekitus will spawn together, which can help players complete the triumph faster.

Cunqu'us will shoot players with its [[Cabal Magma Launcher|Magma Laucher]] which deals a considerable amount of [[Solar]] damage. In some instances Cunqu'us will kneel and shoot a special Magma attack that can launch players backwards. Cunqu'us is capable of limited flight and will strafe to avoid attacks. It will also unleash a melee in close proximity. Heavy weaponry is recommended to eliminate Cunqu'us quickly.
