You shouldn’t be basing everything he says as outright fact, there isn’t an actual mention that the Anomaly had blueprints. Nor that said blueprints were used to construct the Anomaly.
Even more so now with the dungeon. I bet that Atraks was corrupted and controlled by an Echo Wielder.
Probably not, I am being very hesitant with exo anything. Atraks is as far I will go with that can of worms.
