i'm sad that was the message my edit gave off. i want to be clear that being transphobic was opposite to what i wanted to do. i wanted people to know that Micah is transgender, she is NOT a cis woman, she IS a woman, but she isn't cis-gendered. often times people deny transgender people's existence by saying they never were trans to begin with, disregarding all of their struggles that made them who they are today.

to me, saying what her sex and former gender was is a showing of pride, that she is trans, but if it comes off as offensive after i gave my context i will happily remove the edit if it wasn't already done.
