==Gameplay==
===Prison of Elders===
Upon entering the arena, head straight to the left and into the back corner. Here you will conduct the entire fight.
One guardian should be watching each side of the small area to quickly dispatch any lower-level Hive. The third guardian may choose to run between the sides and help the other two until there is enough time to deal damage to Urrox.

Recommended weapons would be ascended [[Black Hammer]] and [[Gjallarhorn]] due to their abilities to deal solar damage. Black Hammer's Precision Mag Bonus perk is invaluable during this fight as it eliminates the need to risk running out and acquiring ammunition drops. 

[[Hive]] [[Wizards]] and [[Knights]] should be dealt with swiftly along with the [[Thralls]] as these enemies are more likely to rush your party. 

It should be noted that when he enables his "Searing Flames" debuff against the guardians, you will only suffer damage if you are touching the floor. An effective strategy is to have a [[Titan]] place a shield which grants Blessing of Light and to use jump perks which can keep you in the air for larger amounts of time.

Patience is key in this fight and Urrox should only be damaged when it is safe enough to do so using the above-mentioned weapons.

===Tomb of Elders===
Urrox, the Risen Ember is encountered in the ''Cryocell'' encounter in the Tomb of Elders when facing the Lucent Brood, emerging from the aforementioned Cryopod after enough enemies have been defeated. He fights like any other Lightbearer Knight and will require his Ghost to be crushed to stop him from being resurrected

==Trivia==
*'Scion' is often referred to as a young shoot or twig of a plant, especially one cut for grafting or rooting. It is also a title given to a descendant of royalty that does or will not have an inherited position like a Prince or King.
*It's unknown what Brood Urrox used to belong to. He may may have belonged to the [[Blood of Oryx]] due to his title of "scion of Oryx", as Hive titled by Oryx are either part of or have relation to his brood. On the other hand, his model is similar to a [[Swordbearer]], which are mostly known for their membership in the [[Spawn of Crota]], which may also hint at a relation to Crota's brood.
*[[Kandorak]] and [[Zulmak, Instrument of Torment]] bear a striking resemblance to Urrox, both looking like Sworbearers with a flaming theme.
