Truthspeakers first appear in the first encounter, spawning in 1 out of the 4 side rooms and accompanying said room's [[Subjugator]]s and [[Weaver]]s/[[Attendant]]s. When killed, they will drop a glyph that is missing from the current riddle and will always drop in order, going left to right in the glyph wheel in the center room. Only one Truthspeaker can spawn in and be present at a time, and once one glyph wheel has been activated, another will spawn, containing the next glyph that players will need.

During the final encounter with [[Kerrev, the Erased]], one Truthspeaker will spawn in either the left or right side rooms, containing a glyph that's a part of the "truth." Once killed, it will drop said glyph, and whatever side the glyph appears on in the glyph table in the center room is the side that's telling the "truth", thus allowing players to know which glyphs to turn off (if any are activated on the "truth" side) and which glyphs to turn on (if any are off on the opposite side of the glyph table, the "lie" side). Once the appropriate glyphs have been turned off and on, players can interact with a center console in front of the center room's glyph table, allowing Kerrev's shield to be depleted and begin the damage phase.
During the final encounter with [[Kerrev, the Erased]], one Truthspeaker will spawn in either the left or right side rooms, containing a glyph that's apart of the "truth." Once killed, it will drop said glyph, and whatever side the glyph appears on in the glyph table in the center room is the side that's telling the "truth", thus allowing players to know which glyphs to turn off (if any are activated on the "truth" side) and which glyphs to turn on (if any are off on the opposite side of the glyph table, the "lie" side).
