| A Transcendent Hydra accompanies Belmon in the final fight of [[The Glassway]] [[Strike]]. It is much smaller than the [[Vex Mind]], and is a [[Major]], but still has an enormous health pool comparable to an [[Ultra]]. It is also notable for not using an [[Aeon Maul]], but being outfitted with dual [[Slap Rifle]]s that fire [[Arc]] bolts. While Belmon patrols the outer area, the Transcendent Hydra will use its smaller size to chase after the players in the enclosed sections of the area, alongside waves of other Vex. Much like Belmon, it will escape into the void when brought down a third of its hit points.

| The Transcendent Hydra will return twice during the fight, first leading a wave by itself, and then accompanying Belmon again for the final wave. However, if it is dealt enough damage very quickly, it is possible to kill the Transcendent Hydra before it has time to escape, making it skip a phase. Both Belmon and the Transcendent Hydra must be destroyed to complete the battle.
