There will be a few normal enemies scattered about in the room ahead, but they are easy to manage. Upon reaching the final room, enemies will start appearing through the Vex Gate on the other side of the room. Eliminating them all will cause the Undying Mind to appear. He has three shields instead of one, so the window for attacking him is much smaller than with normal Hydras. There will also be periodic reinforcments of normal and Precursor Vex near the edges of the room. Stay on the outer edges as there's more cover, and because the Undying Mind mostly moves back and forth along the center of the room. Eliminate enemies that get close, but otherwise focus attention on the Undying Mind whenever a gap in his shields appears. | |||
