When adding the first batch of content to this page I added that Soteria launched the Exodus Indigo, the colony ship that founded Neomuna, but I am not 100% sure this is correct. I do personally believe this is the case but in writing this I found there are inconsistencies between the Seraph and Lightfall lore that would suggest otherwise. My main issue is that the Exodus Indigo was very much an Ishtar Collective operation, which would conflict with Soteria being in control of Clovis Bray ECHO ships, especially if the organizations' partnership had ended unamicably. Additionally, the [https://www.ishtar-collective.net/entries/winterbite Winterbite lore] would seem to suggest that the Exodus Indigo was led to Neptune by a distress call from the fragment of Soteria, which we know from that weapon's questline could easily be mistaken for a Vex.
