Outcome:	An Echo released by the Traveler after the destruction of the Witness inside its Pale Heart crashes on Nessus. Maya Sundaresh retrieves the Echo of Command from the Vex Network and converts the Vex on Nessus into a new collective, terraform the planetoid with radiolaria from within its core.

The Upheaval on Nessus is an on-going conflict between the Guardians of the Vanguard aided by Failsafe and a newly created Vex collective following the command of a mysterious leader known only as the Conductor. Guardians must investigate the strange Vex terraforming Nessus in response to a paracausal Echo having impacted the planetoid as a byproduct released from the Traveler following the destruction of the Witness.
