SUROS Regime returns in Destiny 2 as a 600 RPM at base auto rifle, with Focused Fire renamed Dual Speed Receiver. When hipfired, the RPM goes from 720 to 900 at maximum, increasing in stages with every 12 bullets that are shot in sustained fire. Aiming down sights activates Dual Speed Receiver, reducing how fast the gun can fire, but increases its damage per shot. The SUROS Legacy perk is unchanged.
