In order to get it to spawn, you will need to complete a [[Glimmer Extraction]] [[Public Event]] in the aforementioned area, during a Flashpoint. Sixty seconds later, a message reading '''"Incoming Vex signature"''' will pop up, indicating that the Delirious Mind and its underlings are about to spawn. Once it arrives, you will have a limited amount of time to kill the boss before it despawns.
