Throughout the activity, Guardians will face mostly [[Hive]] and Nightmares, alongside enemies of the Nightmare's original race if it is not already Hive. [[Champion]]s also feature across the activity, though only the Hive and [[Vex]] ones. Common mechanics of the Nightmare bosses consist of becoming invincible until two [[Major]] Nightmares are slain, as well as summoning low-tier [[Minor]] enemies equipped with abnormally resilient [[Solar]] [[Absorption Shield]]s, that require Nightmare Breaker mods to easily deactivate.
