'''Mindbender's Ambition''' is a [[Legendary]] [[Solar]] [[Shotgun]] introduced in ''[[Forsaken]]''. It had a chance to be awarded for completing the [[The Hollowed Lair]] [[Nightfall]]. With the [[Tangled Shore]] and consequently, The Hollowed Lair, entering the [[Destiny Content Vault]] with the release of ''[[The Witch Queen]]'' expansion, Mindbender's Ambition was reprised in ''[[Season of Plunder]]'' as a possible drop from [[Nightfall]]s.

An [[Adept weapons|Adept]] version of this weapon, that is able to equip Adept mods, receives extra stats from masterworking and has a slightly different appearance, can be acquired from Nightfalls on Grandmaster difficulty.
