The Locus of Subjugation is encountered during the Enthymeme mission and encounter. It has an immunity shield, making it immune to damage. To break it's shield, players must kill [[Mephitic Host]]s to gain the Ephemeral Virus, which lasts for 29 seconds. If it runs out of time, the player will be killed. Once you break it's shield, kill the Well Protector and jump on the well before the Virus reaches zero. The players will then have 1:24 to damage the Locus. If the Locus is not killed in time, its shield will return and players will have to repeat the process. Destroying it's shield once more will guarantee it will not return. Once the Locus of Subjugation is slain the encounter is complete. | ||
