Editing Lhasa

'''Lhasa''' is a major city in [[Tibet]], a region of [[Earth]], and that has long been considered the region's capital.  During the [[Golden Age]], it was home to a laboratory that produced a prototype of "[[The Device]]" later used by the [[Future War Cult]].
