Before the fateful [[Battle of Saturn]], Kalli was part of a rare meeting with the Coven, discussing what to do about [[Oryx, the Taken King]]. Kalli was instructed to take the youngest [[Harbingers]] into battle and to "plant them" inside the [[Dreadnaught]] to "have children of their own" alongside [[Sedia]] and [[Shuro Chi]].<ref name="Coven"/> She would also work alongside Shuro in the construction of the Gate to Mara's Throneworld, [[Eleusinia]], in [[The Confluence]] as part of Mara's plan to ascend to godhood in her confrontation with [[Oryx, the Taken King|Oryx]]. When the Awoken fleet [[Battle of Saturn|intercepted]] Oryx's Dreadnaught and escort vessels in the rings of Saturn, Kalli aided Shuro Chi and Sedia in providing support to Mara to launch the Harbingers at the Dreadnaught.
