Ikora and Eris contacted Immaru to make a bargain to bring Savathûn back. Immaru informed them of her Spire, and Ikora tasked the Guardian to dispel the illusions concealing it. As the Guardian arrived in the Sanctum of the Brood Queen, Ikora warned them that even in death, Savathûn still has traps. Immaru reminded them that they need his help, but Ikora countered that he also needs their help. The Guardian came into conflict with a group of Lucent Hive, and Ikora asked Immaru to tell them to stand down. Immaru informed her that their orders are to guard the Spire, and they won't stand down. Ikora shared that resurrecting Savathûn was exactly what they were trying to avoid, and how she disliked Eris's plan. Arriving where the Guardian fought Savathûn, Eris coldly reminded Immaru of that fact, and Ikora told her they needed to focus. Ikora wondered where the Spire was, and Immaru told the Guardian to begin the Hive ritual to break the illusions. Breaking the illusions, Ikora warned the Guardian that using Hive magic with the Light will test their limits. She asked Immaru what they will find in the Spire, and he told her all he knew was it was a way to defeat Xivu Arath. Ikora began to question if Savathûn would uphold her end of the bargain.

In the Athenaeum, Eris and Ikora met with the Guardian. Ikora stated that their ability to intertwine Hive magic and Light was impressive, and warned them not to lose sight of their goal. After Eris left, she cautioned the Guardian that sooner or later their Eris's transformations will end, and reminded them they were in control of when that was.

The Guardian and Eris discovered the Imbaru Engine, a chamber above the Altars. Ikora told the Guardian to exercise caution, as the Engine was designed to confuse them, but was confident they would conquer it. She then explained Imbaru to the Guardian, that instead of killing, Savathûn used cunning to feed her Worm. Ikora reflected that even in death, Savathûn was still trying to trick them, but had failed again. Later, Ikora would be confronted by Immaru as he would grow concerned of the amount of power being tithed to Eris and the warnings of Elsie Bray. Ikora would remind Immaru that although Eris succumbed to the corruption due to Stasis and the Darkness in Elsie's timeline, Guardians within this timeline wield the Darkness for good. Remaining skeptical, Immaru would emphasize the dangers of Hive magic while expressing his astonishment at them allowing Eris to wield this power with the belief that she would not fall victim to corruption. Maintaining faith in her friend, Ikora would state that Eris only went down a dark path in Elsie's timeline due to succumbing to her Nightmares, but the Eris she knew conquered them and had the support of her allies.

Despite maintaining faith in Eris, Ikora would express her concern with the former Hunter due to the overwhelming dark power she wielded. Eris would remain adequate that she possessed the strength to complete the task of defeating Xivu Arath. Despite the assurance of her agent, Ikora would declare to Eris that she was destroying herself by adorning this Hive form. Eris Morn would then disclose to Ikora that she made a vow to be Savathûn's ruin before requesting that the Warlock Vanguard allowed her to have her vengeance on the Hive. As Ikora expressed their concern of Eris losing herself to her desire for vengeance, the former Hunter would thus ask for her assistance in enacting her vengeance.

With Eris beginning preparations for the final tithing ritual before challenging Xivu Arath, Ikora would speak with the Guardian at the holoprojector, revealing that she had transmatted something from the Tower's security vault and ordering them Eris the pier she needs to reshape the Hive pantheon. Opening the way into the Altar of the Sword, the Guardian and Eris Morn enter into a ritual space where they confront Xivu Arath's formidable champion, the Leviathan-Eater. Despite its immense power, the Guardian succeeds in slaying the colossal Knight, tithing the death to Eris in the process. Arriving to the ritual site, Ikora would transmat the body of Savathûn to their location. At Eris's behest, Immaru would resurrect Savathûn, with the Witch Queen flying over to the God of Vengeance to complement her Hive morph. Eris Morn would then slay Savathûn once again, resulting in her gaining all of her power and becoming the most powerful Hive God to ever live. However, instead of challenging Xivu Arath, Eris would use her newfound power to banish the God of War from her throne world, rendering her mortal. With Eris collapsing onto the ground after relinquishing her position as a Hive God, Ikora and the Guardian run over to assist her. As Immaru resurrected Savathûn once again, Ikora would demand to the Witch Queen that she reveals to them the way to follow the Witness while being prepared to strike her down if needed. After being threatened by the Young Wolf, Savathûn would offer a peace offering by granting them custody of Immaru before flying away.
Despite Eris ceasing to be a Hive God, Ikora would continue to order Guardians to slay the opponents within Savathûn's Spire and the Altars of Summoning to prevent Savathûn from acquiring the tithes. Eventually Ikora would order the Guardian to discover Savathûn's gift that she had left for them within the Imbaru Engine. After completing the Test of Truth and Lies, the Guardian opens a doorway to a room containing Savathûn's heirloom; an uncorrupted Ahamkara egg of Riven's clutch. Regardless of Eris's concern, Ikora orders the Guardian to bring the egg to the Athenaeum. Shortly after retrieving the egg, the Guardian thanks to the pattern on Savathûn's wings would discover the existence of the fifteenth wish; the wish to pursue the Witness.
