==Gameplay==
Haroktha is initially encountered halfway through [[Operation: Seraph's Shield]], responding to the noise caused by [[The Guardian]]. It will fight for a few moments before summoning Fallen reinforcements and [[Warbringer Brig]]s and leaving the player to them.

The Maw of Xivu Arath returns for a proper battle later in the mission, in a smaller room. Haroktha uses a [[Boomer]] as their main weapon, can launch [[Acolyte Grenade|Solar Mortar]] grenades, conjure Clouds of Darkness, protect itself with a wide Darkness Barrier, and strike foes with an area melee attack. Often, they will enrage and rush towards the player with their gun raised to strike them in melee. In addition, hordes of [[Acolyte]]s will constantly appear in the room, leaving little time to breathe. That said, Haroktha uses no immunity mechanics in this battle and can be slain with concentrated fire.

*Judging by their name, they were involved with the destruction of the [[Helium Drinkers]], a fellow Krill nation that neighboured the [[Osmium Court]] on [[Fundament]].
