| ::::That's exactly my point with the scope; there's just no use for it on a weapon like this: zero, nada, zilch. Besides, since when have you seen a handgun in this game come with a scope? I'll tell you: never (LOL). But isn't semi-auto already the default firing mode for both hand cannons and sidearms alike? Because they both fire one round with each trigger pull. | ::::Wait... I'm confusing semi-auto with burst-mode. I've only used the Vestian Dynasty and Dreg's Promise. So... forget what I said earlier. A chance to switch firing modes would still be awesome. | ::::Ok, then. Anyway, yeah, switching firing modes would be a great mechanic, especially if we could do it on the fly. Now, you have any ideas? Primus Draug'oth (talk) 16:30, 1 July 2016 (EST)

| ::::I don't really know, unless it be for a new Exotic or something with a bit of interesting lore attached to it. Gameplay-wise, we've covered it. Dante the Ghost (talk) 16:41, 1 July 2016 (EDT)

| ::::Well, we need the stats and perks, don't we? But let's shove that to the side for now and focus on the lore, maybe write a Grimoire Card including the foundry it came from, how and why it was created, and the results, although that would be a long and somewhat exhaustive process. | ::::Hey guys, thank you so much for helping me and my brother perfect this weapon. Sorry I haven't been active, but for the lore, I think this weapon was intended to be used by someone or they actually used it. Cayde-6? That guys that died in the vault but is being pulled through time? What do you think? What if it switching firing modes was in the last column of the upgrade tree? Maybe there is a way to activate another mode due to a cycling mode system that is triggered by a button combination. Sniper Vandal (talk)

| ::::Oh, hey bro. I was just getting to that. Dante and I have covered the gameplay mechanics; now we need to get to the lore. Now, for a start, a weapon once used by Cayde would be interesting and unique, and then he would pass it down to the next generation of Guardians (the current generation). But where does this whole "being pulled through time" thing have to do with this? Were the Vex involved in any of this? These are the questions to think about. | ::::I thought the Ace of Spades was Cayde's weapon... Interesting theory about the Vault of Glass. But lore has indicated no other fireteam beyond Kabr's and the player Guardian's has ever ventured into the Vault. Only one succeeded, and that on the footsteps of the one that didn't.
