The '''''Season of the Nexus''''' is the twenty-first season of ''[[Destiny 2]]'' and the successive seasonal content for ''[[Forum:Destiny 2: Paradox|Paradox]]'' after the [[Forum:Season of the Black Swordsman|Season of the Black Swordsman]]. It started on December 6th. The story will consist of [[The Guardian]] returning to the heart of the [[Infinite Forest]] on [[Mercury]] to assist [[Osiris]] and [[Saint-14]] in stopping the [[Vex]] from awakening [[Panoptes, Infinite Mind|Panoptes]]'s daughter. This season features the appearances of [[Forum:Mi Liu|Mi Liu]] and [[Forum:Anji|Anji]], blood-fused Guardians who had inadvertently shattered the time barrier and fractured the reality of the Infinite Forest.
