These enormous Vex frames will unleash powerful [[Void]] blasts much like their inferior counterparts and will often flex their frontal plates each time they do so, extending these immune areas across their bodies. Most uniquely, however, is the Protector Cyclops' ability to activate a rotational shield around it similar to a Hydra and its ability to project immune shields across an arena for its allies; any damage done to the shields by enemies heals up the protector and can reflect their attacks back. Because of the possible individual threat or the protective capabilities of the Protector Cyclops, it is advised that players utilize anti-protector tactics against these units, either using Anti-Protector rounds or abilities to stagger these units and disable their shielding abilities.
