Primus Vor’tal was a Cabal Centurion and the head commander of the Steel Enclave. He was a former Valus in the Red Legion and served as the commander for demolitions in the legion. After the legion’s fall, he gathered what was left and began recruiting for the Steel Enclave, his project legion. For a long time he commanded the Legion from his command ship up until he heard of The Termination Vault in the Seraph Station. He led a raiding party alongside two of his lieutenants to rob the vault. During the raid, he was interrupted by The Guardian and killed before he could access the vault.
