Like the other Echoes, it is believed to be a memory or psychic imprint of a species that was conquered and destroyed by the Witness and its [[Black Fleet]], preserved in the [[Darkness]] and made manifest through the [[Light]]. In the case of the Echo of Conquests, it was created from the memories of both the [[Cabal]] and [[Psion]] species. It was originally discovered by [[Forum:Tazcrakhan, Reverent of the Witness|Tazcrakhan]] and later used by [[Forum:Shin'ra, the Sorrow-Maker|Shin'ra]] during the [[Forum:War of the Weavers|War of the Weavers]]. It was eventually destroyed by the efforts of the [[Guardian]]s.
