Apithalos, Thane of Quria is a Taken Hydra and the main antagonist of the Season of the Relentless. It is a powerful Taken Hydra, and is a subordinate and second-in-command of the Time loop on the Dreaming City to Quria, Blade Transform.

• Apithalos bears a resemblance to Sekrion, Nexus Mind.
  • Apithalos is so far, the first and only Taken Hydra in Destiny 2, to have a different model, than the usual taken Hydra model (for example: Erosus, Spawn of Quria and the Counterfeit Hydras).
