The '''Eyes of the Swarm''' are a group of massive [[Hidden Swarm]] [[Shrieker]] emplacements, seen in the [[A Mysterious Disturbance]] mission, where it attempts to stem the [[Vanguard]] assault on the [[Scarlet Keep]]. Two are known to exist: one in the [[Lunar Battlegrounds]], where it bars the way deeper into the [[Sorrow's Harbor|Hive Fortress]], and one who defends the [[Sorrow's Harbor]] and blocking the way into the Scarlet Keep and the [[Pyramid (Luna)|Pyramid]] which lies beneath it.
 
==Gameplay==
Eyes of the Swarm are seen in the [[A Mysterious Disturbance]] mission, where they attempt to stem the [[Vanguard]] assault on the [[Scarlet Keep]]. They fight using their eye beams to pelt targets, and are also capable of shooting volleys of six Axion Dart-like projectiles that home in on their target and deal massive damage.
 
One is encountered in the [[Lunar Battlegrounds]], where it maintains an [[Ascendant Portal]] from which [[Hive]] troops are pouring in. Players need to drain six Hive sigils scattered around the area to make it open up and render it vulnerable. Once open, it can be destroyed through concentrated fire, especially by making use of the [[Heavy Ammo Crate]]s in the area.
 
Another is encountered soon after, facing the player in [[Sorrow's Harbor]]. The player will be given a [[Drake Tank]] to use against it, and [[Hawk]]s will provide air support. The Eye will send forth swarms of [[Thrall]]s and [[Cursed Thrall]]s, opening up once a swarm is vanquished. Once damaged enough, it will move to another location closer to the keep, summoning more reinforcements, increasing in power with the gradual inclusion of [[Blistered Ogre]]s. This will repeat six times, until it reaches the door of the Keep, where it will make its final stand.
