It is evident that a Daemon will spawn once the door of the next area being opened is red instead of the usual white. They can appear as any class of any race, always being a [[Major]] enemy. Sometimes, multiple Daemons will spawn. A message will appear stating that the "Forest Pathway Cleared" after killing the Daemon(s), allowing the player to open the gate to the next area.
