==Overview==
This weapon primarily operates by firing puffs of [[Solar]] flame at a moderate range, which can leave behind residual flames if they hit a surface, dealing lingering burning damage to unwary targets. The stream of flames can be arched to increase its reach, though its slowness makes the Magma Launcher unlikely to hit moving targets beyond its optimal range. The weapon can also be charged to unleash a short-ranged Compression Blast that knocks the target back very far.

The rare [[Taken Incendior]]s have their Magma Launchers transformed into the '''Orphic Flame Tank'''. This weapon still launches Solar flames, though smeared in a black tinge, but instead of the Compression Blast, it can be charged to launch an Umbral Blast, a long ranged explosive that deals Solar damage and leaves behind a burning pool of [[Void]] flames.
