Axsaeniia is the central enemy of the "Taken Reverent" encounter in Altars of Summoning. Upon casting Hive Magic, the Tormentor will appear, protected by an Immunity Shield, and summon a horde of Taken. Among these enemies, there are Taken Centurions called Taken Anomalies, which will drop Taken Essence upon death. The Essence's primary fire can be used to bring down Axsaeniia's shield and make them vulnerable. The Reverent will remain vulnerable for about a minute before reengaging its shield and summoning more Anomalies.

This will happen again at the last third of its health.
