The Motherboard (Kryda) was an ancient Vex Precursor who was responsible for summoning other Vex, but things didn't all go well, she was later exiled from the Precursors due to an unknown reason, this made her very angry and she ended up killing most of the other Vex and retreated, later on Vex from other Collectives came to join Kryda and fight off the enemy Vex, this would lead into formation of the Orion Initiative, she would later be recruited by Kirito, the Shadow Emperor to join the Shadowkeepers and have her group become some sort of a special forces division for the Shadow Divisive. so she could move without using teleportation, Kirito ordered his engineers to attach The Motherboard to convertible device that would allow her to move.

When Kydra wants to go somewhere (for and example: A meeting) but shes dealing with work at the same time, she sends out one of her Holograms, these Holograms are Holographic Minotaur's used to attend meetings, spy, or even fight, these Holograms are able to deal damage but no worries, all you need to do is shoot them in the core a bunch of times and you would defeat it, if you shoot it anywhere else then it will just fly through their body.
Trivia
- Before becoming a Shadowkeeper she was originally known as "Kryda, the Eon Mind"
- No one is allowed to call her by her real name unless if they are apart a Shadowkeeper Hierarchy
- After her exile from the Sol Primeval, she kinda became a sadist
- Her design is inspired from GLaDOS from the Portal franchise
