Neko Captains are a group of Captains belonging to the House of Shadows appearing in the Paradox expansion.

Created from human catgirls whose bodies have been attuned with Fallen mindsets, they lead crews of other Fallen Shadows and their Splicers with their combat prowess in a terrifying effort to safeguard Aincrad and the Shadowkeepers against the Guardians.
