They fail to do so, and just as the Shadow Legion ambushes them, Empress Caiatl arrives to rescue them and help the Guardian evacuate the flagship. Then, Nimbus instructs the Guardian to clear the out the CloudArk reactor [[Vex]] and reboot the CloudArk. They use [[Strand]] to navigate the reactor. They finally clear out the Vex and reactivate the reactor, but they discover the Shadow Legion used the reactor as bait for its destruction.
