You spawn in [[Riis-Reborn Approach]] near the bridge. There is a Heavy Shank guarding it that you cannot damage covered in a strange blue substance that looks like a Stasis Charge. A [[Forum:Specters|Specter]] agent transmits in and fires at the Fallen Shanks before throwing a Dusk Field grenade at the Heavy Shank, freezing it. He then fires his rifle at the Shank, shattering it. | |||
