Some time after the deaths of the superheroes, the Shadowkeepers went on to create Doomworld, the first of many dimensions forged within the heart of Aincrad's [[Ascendant realm]]; however, they would be challenged by a group of freedom fighters, led by a vigilante named Felicity Smoak, who sought to avenge their friends. Despite the freedom fighters' acts of bravery and courage, they would eventually be gunned down by the Ghosts of Nagasaki within Star City.
